| Customers have the option of paying for your services using ConsultPay or cash payment directly to you. You can follow the steps below to collect payment from customers using ConsultPay: Tap Requests on your dashboard and tap Booked Select the job request you wish to collect payment for Tap Collect Payment & Get Reviewed Enter the total value you are charging the customer Tap Request RM [amount] to proceed You will be notified on your app when customer has made the payment Note: Please enter your bank account details in your app in order to receive ConsultPay disbursements on the following working day You can follow the steps below if you collected cash payment from customers directly: Tap Requests on your dashboard and tap Booked Select the job request you wish to collect payment for Tap Payment Received Enter the total value you received from the customer Tap Proceed Customer will then be notified and prompted to review your service |
