Important: Promo or Referral Codes are only applicable if payment is made via ConsultPay You can follow the steps below to use a promo or referral code when submitting a request: Tap Explore on your dashboard Search and tap the service that you need Fill up your location (skip this step if you have already saved a location) Tap Let’s Get Started Answer the questionnaire and select your preferred date Review your request details at the end of the questionnaire Tap Have a promo code? at the bottom of the page Enter your code and select Redeem Tap Submit Request once you are ready Consult allows you to fully redeem the full discount of a promo code, even across multiple transactions for the same job request. For example, you can now fully redeemed that RM30 discount even when you had to make two separate payments. Only ONE promo code can be redeemed per job request. You can follow the steps below to initiate payment and use a promo or referral code when paying for a service via ConsultPay: 1. Tap Requests and select the service you wish to initiate payment 2. Go to the Payment section 3. Tap Pay any amount now and key in the full amount that you would like to pay* 4. Confirm the payment details. If you haven’t keyed in the Promo Code, you can click on Apply here to get a discount. 5. Tap Continue 6. Select your payment option and tap Pay Now to proceed with the payment Note: It is advisable for you to always declare the full amount that you would like to pay. For example, if you would like to pay RM30, and have a RM20 promo code, please key in RM30 and not RM10. Our system will calculate the actual amount that you need to pay later. |
