The service provider I booked (Consultsapp Compare) or get matched with (Consultsapp Direct) is not suitable for my request, do I need to cancel the request?

If you wish to continue with the service, you may request for another service provider. 

You can follow the steps below to request for another service provider:

Tap Requests on your dashboard
Tap the requests which you would like to request for more quotes or another service provider
Scroll down and tap Request for more / Request for new Vendor
Tap Confirm to request for more quotes or another service provider
Note: If your service date has passed, you will be required to change your service date before requesting for another service provider

However, if you wish to not continue with the service, simply inform the service provider as soon as possible.
