Upfront Payment Refund Eligibility

In order for us to refund your upfront payment, you will need to abide with the following criteria:

Service request not accepted by vendor;
Cancellation is made prior to service date;
Request was not cancelled due to user’s fault (wrong service type/package selected, did not request for working permit, unable to confirm service date/time, etc.)
