Customers expect high service quality from our vendors. Thus we have decided to revise the Consult Integrity System. Stricter action will be taken against vendors who don’t meet customer’s expectations. Demerit Points are points given to Vendors based on complaints/reports brought up by the customers. Consult will also keep an eye out on the reviews and ratings left by the customers after every service. Reaching a certain demerit threshold will trigger our team to take action, which includes our Performance Improvement Program. The demerit points will be reset every 90 days/3 months.
