We spent a considerable effort in bringing customers to our platform via value added services such as Consult Guarantee and Consult Insurance. Our customers will not be entitled to all these benefits if the job doesn’t go through our platform. Furthermore, we will not be able to provide any assistance for disputes you may have with customers. As part of our efforts to continuously improve customer experience, we will be proactively calling customers to get feedback on the job done. If you are caught attempting to incite our customers to take your services outside of Consult, you will be penalized which may lead to account suspension and ultimately being blacklisted from using our services. |
