What if I need a similar or different service again? Can I go directly to the vendor since I have his contact?

We do not recommend you to go directly to the vendor because you will not be eligible for our quality assurance and after sales service under Consult Guarantee. You can re-submit a job request in your app.

You can follow the steps below to request for the service again:

Tap Requests on your dashboard
Tap History to view your request history
Tap your completed service
Tap Request Again to request for the service again

We will try our best to match you with your preferred vendor. Do note that a different service provider might be assigned to this job due to their availability.
