| What is a Growth Plan? Growth plan is a combination of tasks and benefits that lets you utilize Consult’s platform to the fullest. Based on the services you choose when signing-up with Consult, you get a Growth Plan assigned to you. There are 5 levels in a Growth Plan and each comes with increasingly exciting benefits & advantages. You may follow the steps below to track your Growth Plan and Performance: Tap on More on your dashboard Tap on Growth & Incentives tap on the badge below your profile image that indicates the level of your current Growth Plan On the Plan tab, you will see your current level and the number of levels you can reach throughout your Growth Plan. The higher your level is, the more benefits you get. On the Performance tab, you can select a date range and/or filter by service type to monitor your performance. These are the metrics you can monitor: Service type Earnings Credits spent Number of accepted requests Number of quotes submitted Number of bookings Number of jobs completed Customer Feedback How does the Growth Plan work? A Growth Plan is a combination of performance metrics that is assigned to you based on the services that you provide. You are assigned a Level based on these metrics in the Growth Plan. |
