What is Consultsapp Guarantee?

Consult Guarantee is our effort to make it right for users who are dissatisfied with the services rendered by our service providers. In order to be eligible for re-service, users must request, book and pay for the service rendered via Consult.

 

In order to be eligible for the Consult Guarantee, the user needs to abide by the terms and conditions below:

You have ordered, tapped Book in the Consult app/website, and paid a Service Professional for a Consult’s Services; and
The Service has already been performed by the Service Professional; and
You are not satisfied with the performance of the Service; and
You must have reported your issue within thirty-one (31) days from the date the service request was completed.
 

How do I claim on Consult Guarantee?

Terms and conditions

 

The Consult Guarantee does not cover Services performed as a result of a variation, extension, repetition or recurrence of the original Service request. It does not cover additional services and items requested in the Service Request submitted beyond what is provided in the base price.

 

The Consult Guarantee does not apply to any other cost, liability, damage, injury or claim of any kind arising from or in connection with the Service performed by the Service Professionals. For clarity, the Consult Guarantee only applies to Service fees or labour cost and does not apply to government taxes and any payments made for goods, items, materials and solely applies to payments made for the Service Professional to perform the Service.

 

Provision of this re-service is a discretionary and gratuitous gesture of goodwill on the part of Consult and does not in any way create any liability towards the performance of Services rendered by the Service Professional.
