| Consult Integrity System’s objective is to keep the quality of our service providers in check at all times. Under the Integrity System, Consult will investigate any complaints received from our customers about a particular service rendered. Upon conclusion of the investigation, we will assign a demerit point to the service provider, based on the severity of the issue. Reaching certain thresholds will either place the service provider in our Performance Improvement Program, or lead to immediate suspension of the service provider’s Consult account. The main goal of our Performance Improvement Program is to help the service provider address and improve on the identified areas based on the feedback received. More severe cases will lead to immediate suspension. |
