Why am I unable to verify my mobile number?

The verification can fail due to the following reasons:

Incorrect OTP: The one-time password (OTP) entered by you does not match with the one sent. Please check the SMS received and try again.
Expired OTP: The one-time password (OTP) sent to you have a validity of 5 minutes duration for security purposes. Please ensure that you enter the OTP within 5 minutes.
If you received the error message ‘Phone is taken’, you had most likely used the same phone number to register for an account (User or Vendor) before. You can either use a different phone number to register now, or you can reach out to our Support Team for more assistance.
